Chatelaine : Work in a workout
Too good to be true?
Fit AND y in minutes?
Okay, maybe...
IF this programme were followed over the course of a lifetime, daily, with consistant proper nutrition and IF nothing like illness, PMS, pregnancy, killer desk-jobs & bad hair days etc. sidetracked you.

Tonight is my last lecture with my instructor.
On Tuesday, I hurt his feelings (I guess), when I told him (Kindly, I hoped) I thought he shouldn't misspell the lecture notes. I said it would be more professional if properly spelled.
Gentle Reader, it was pretty bad.
Even words you would expect him to know... his stock-in-trade, so to speak.
Why was he so distracted?
Maybe it was Easter weekend.
I think His wife & son have the flu.

Who am I to criticize?
My assignment was not ready, either.
He wavered over many degrees between defensiveness, confession and contrition.
But I think that this was the needed closure.
He may decide that I am just a faithful friend.
Proverbs 27, V. 6.
The main thing is for me to be a faithful wife, since I am going to stick with Hub.

Sun-Rype Lifestyle Makeover Contest
Hello, Gentle Reader.
Here I am, again.
The idea of a Lifestyle Makeover is so attractive to me.
Spring is coming at last where I live.
I am losing weight, my muscles are getting toned, and my hair and skin are looking great!
I am responding well to a combination of diet, pilates, dance & suppliments.
Since last I wrote, I have been progressing in Human Anatomy & Physiology. It fullfills my Science prerequisite for the Registered Nursing course I hope to attend.
I have also struggled with a crush on my instructor.
It was so easy to like him.
We have found so much we have in common.
He's not what passes for handsome, exactly.
I have never been moved much by "handsome", but he's striking.
Huge, deep, dark eyes.
And, most irresistable, well-developed frontal lobes... of the brain, Gentle Reader.
I have cooled off suffieciently that I don't think this is destined to be a romance.
I am starting to believe I am making a friend.
Hubster knows I have had this crush. It's not a crush anymore.
I'd like to invite this man and his family over for dinner, let the 14-yr-olds play games on the computer.
I was remembering my last crush, recorded earlier in this Blog, which also resolved itself into reality.
